Thank you for supporting our photography work. Please review the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking services.

Digital Proofs & Watermarked Prints

If you receive watermarked preview images or watermarked prints and are not satisfied, you may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the amount paid.

  • Refund requests must be made before final, unwatermarked images or prints are delivered

  • Once a client approves images for final delivery, the order is considered accepted

Completed Work

No refunds are issued for completed photography work, including but not limited to:

  • Final digital images

  • Unwatermarked prints

  • Edited and delivered photography products

  • Completed sessions or commissioned work

Once work is completed and delivered, it is considered final.

Printed Materials & Physical Products

All printed materials are inspected prior to delivery or handover.

  • No refunds will be issued for printed products that are damaged after delivery or handover

  • Responsibility for physical prints transfers to the client once they are received

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase.
